This page explains what Nestkite does with your information. The website's own pages set no cookies and make no outside requests. What happens with server records and contact messages is explained below.
What this website does not do
- It makes no requests to other websites. Every file comes from our own server.
- It sets no cookies.
- It has no advertising and no tracking scripts.
- Its fonts are our own files, not loaded from a font service.
The live demo stays on your device
The mini-test and the "Make it yours" preview run inside your browser. Your answers, scores and timings are not sent anywhere.
If you choose a logo in the preview, your browser reads the file on your device. The logo is not uploaded.
The "Copy this setup" button copies text to your clipboard. It sends nothing.
What your browser remembers
If you pick a light or dark theme, your browser saves that one choice on your device (in its local storage). The saved word is "light" or "dark". We cannot see it. Choosing "auto" removes it. The site stores nothing else.
You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
Server records (logs)
Any website server can keep simple records of visits. These can include the time, the page asked for, and your internet address (IP address).
The server that hosts this site keeps simple server logs of visits.
We keep server logs of visits for 90 days. We use them to count visits and fix errors. We do not use them to identify you.
When you contact us
You can reach us by WhatsApp or by email. This site has no enquiry form.
If you use our WhatsApp link
If you tap our WhatsApp link, you leave this website and open the WhatsApp app or site. Your message then goes through WhatsApp under its own privacy rules. We see your name or number and your message. We use them only to reply to you. We keep them for 12 months.
If you send us an email
If you tap our email link, your device opens your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send it, and the message then travels through your email provider and ours under their own rules. We see your email address and the message you choose to send. We use them only to reply to you. We keep them for 12 months.
You can use either way, or both.
Why we use your information
Only to answer you when you ask. We do this with your consent. You give it when you send a message. You can take it back at any time. Taking it back does not undo what we did before.
Where it is stored
We store information on servers in Germany.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service that hosts the site: Hostinger. We do not sell your information.
Children
This site is meant for coaching centre owners and tutors. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
You can ask us to:
- Access. Tell you what information of yours we hold. (Section 11)
- Correct. Fix information that is wrong or out of date. (Section 12)
- Erase. Delete your information when we no longer need it. (Section 12)
- Take back consent. (Section 6)
- Grievance. Hear and answer a complaint. (Section 13)
- Nominate. Name a person to use your rights if you die or cannot act. (Section 14)
We aim to answer within 7 days.
If we do not solve your complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Please try us first.
